Birth package includes:

Prenatal support via text
- Nutrition + supplementation
- General pregnancy questions
- labor prep
One prenatal visit in preparation for your birth
Your birth
- I will be on-call from week 38 of your pregnancy until you give birth and offer up to 16 hours of hands-on birth support
Postpartum check-in visit + nourishing meal (if desired by client)
General postpartum support via text
- Questions regarding breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum healing, etc.

*FSA/HSA accounts will often cover a doula's fees with a note from your provider

*Will travel up to 25 miles from Orem, UT

I will bring most of the supplies needed for comfort measures to your birth. This includes a rebozo, heating pad, tens unit, essential oils, honey sticks, combs, and massage oil. If there are other things you wish to be included, let me know and I can add it to my bag!
